Hoffman house cocktail sauce

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 g mayonnaise (see  homemade mayonnaise)
  • 60 g ketchup
  • 30 ml of brandy or aged rum
  • 30 ml of orange juice

PREPARATION

Cut the orange in half and squeeze it to obtain its juice. Strain the liquid, and reserve 30 ml of it.

In a small bowl or bowl add the mayonnaise and the indicated amount of ketchup. Mix it very well with the help of a spoon or small rods.

Add the orange juice and brandy or rum to the mixture. Mix again, until these two ingredients are well integrated into the previous mixture of mayonnaise and ketchup.
